At Artisanaroma, we stand behind the quality of our packaging products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Packaging Products Returns

Standard packaging products (boxes, bubble wrap, foam, packing materials) may be returned within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Products must be in resalable condition
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Custom Packaging

Due to the personalized nature of custom packaging orders, the following applies:

• Custom designed packaging cannot be returned unless defective
• Orders are non-refundable once production has begun
• Prototype samples are non-returnable
• Defective custom items will be replaced at no additional cost

Packaging Services

For packaging services already rendered:

• Service fees are non-refundable once packaging is complete
• If unsatisfied with packaging quality, please contact us within 24 hours
• We will re-pack items at no extra charge if our work does not meet agreed standards

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective products:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photos of the damaged items
• We will arrange replacement or full refund
• Return shipping for defective items is covered by us

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• Bank processing times may add additional days

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

• Different sizes of standard packaging products
• Alternative materials of equal value
• Defective products
